Abstract
Instant noodles are the kind most widely consumed
foods in the world, because this food is made very simple, easy,
practical and capable of filling a hungry stomach. But keep in mind
the danger. There is some content of hazardous chemicals in instant
noodles, for example preservatives, emulsifiers, flavorings, and dyes
that can not be described in the body, so it tends to be difficult to
be removed from the body. So, if these substances are too often
consumed, can settle in the body and are carcinogenic or harmful.
Health is worth more than anything. So if we want a healthy life, as
much as possible we should avoid instant foods that will eventually
endanger our own lives.
